The International Union of Crystallography is governed by its General Assembly, Executive Committee and Finance Committee in accordance with its Statutes and By-Laws.
The General Assembly, made up of delegates representing the IUCr’s Adhering Bodies, is the Union’s highest decision-making body. It elects the Executive Committee, which oversees the IUCr’s activities between General Assemblies, supported by its committees, commissions and the IUCr Secretariat.
