Rietveld refinement of diffraction patterns

This workshop, designed for Master students, PhD students, academic and industrial researchers, aimed to cover both the theoretical and practical aspects of the refinement of crystalline structures of synthetic and natural materials by the Rietveld method, starting from powder X-ray diffraction patterns.
