The workshop is an opportunity to for us to update the community on the nature and progress of the work to upgrade the HRPD instrument at ISIS and to highlight the new scientific opportunities for both academic and industrial users. In addition, we will hold a session on the ‘Future Vision for high-resolution neutron powder diffraction’, including an open discussion on potential requirements for any new high-resolution instrumentation on ISIS-2. We also invite both talks and posters from the community and we encourage students and early career researchers to contribute.

The meeting is free to attend but attendees are expected to support their own travel costs to and from their home institution:

1. there will be a dinner on the evening of Tuesday November 10th and a buffet lunch will be provided on Wednesday 11th
2. accommodation is available at The Cosener's House and will be allocated to those who are not local to the RAL site. Transport between RAL and the accommodation will be provided on Tuesday evening and  Wednesday morning.
